This website is owned by Sykors Media SRL. When placing an order on the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the RM legislation (hereinafter - Terms and Conditions) presented below.
The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Sykors Media SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 regarding Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is established based on Law no. 105/2003 regarding the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other regulations adopted in accordance with it.
The seller reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website www.sykors.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data that is necessary for processing/confirming/executing orders.
Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the necessary period to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 133/2011 regarding the protection of personal data.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Orders can be paid using a payment card – upon completing the order, you will receive a fiscal invoice confirming the payment.
Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card, which allows for online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a global approach to authenticating buyers in safe online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user during payment to a secured page maib, where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.
Refunding the funds is not possible because payment is made after the services are executed or as an advance for services that are yet to be performed.
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. Information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.
For making a payment, the following information will be requested:
• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiry date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Name and surname on the payment card
If the currency of the card differs from the currency of the transaction (MDL), the bank's conditions will apply during the conversion of the amount deducted from the card account.
4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES
Delivery (handover of work) services are provided based on a handover document in 2 authorized copies. This type of service closure applies to all consumers, both residents and non-residents of the company.
Delivery does not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
The delivery (handover) term may be extended in certain isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather conditions, legal holiday periods, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance in case any of these isolated situations occur.
At the time of work handover, please verify the integrity and compliance of the work according to the established requirements confirmed by the contract in advance. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN
Services performed after payment cannot be returned. Sykors Media company draws your attention to the fact that payment is made for already provided services.
